Magdalena Drafiova

I joined EPCC as the EIDF Collaboration Manager in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in customer development and service management to pioneer innovative collaboration strategies and enhance partner relationships. My background includes a transformative role as the Customer Development Manager at DMPonline, University of Edinburgh, where I significantly optimised service workflows, built a service and led numerous community-focused events to boost engagement. Previously, I honed my organisational skills at the Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC) at the University of Glasgow and managed global digital assets at The Body Shop's London headquarters, demonstrating my capability across diverse cultural settings. Outside of work, I relish time spent on DIY projects, baking, gardening, yoga and cherishing every moment with my family.
